The true essence of a castle is captured here on Rice Mountain Road. A magnificent home was built with old world architecture over a lifetime for a true love, and furnished with treasures found all over the world. These treasures will be sold at this, a three day auction event, but not before one last tour through this 20 room castle. Meander through one of the most interesting homes we had the pleasure to visit, full of tasteful decorative art and antiques.

Day One: at 10:00 AM: Fine antiques and artworks, including period English and American furniture, quality custom made furniture; paintings including Old Masters school; Horse-drawn buggies and wagons; 1931 Woody truck fully restored; antique weapons and related; antique brass measuring devices; silver including Tiffany flatware; china including Wedgwood and Herend; carpets and much more. There will be 450 cataloged lots, wine and local cheeses served.

Day Two: at 10:00 AM there will be two auctions going at once. At first auction: a collection of rare books, including many on early architecture, prints, maps, and works on paper. These lots will be cataloged. At the same time we will sell the antiques from the guest house or the Marlborough house, including country antiques, art, nautical items, architectural remnants: marble, brick, columns and related, John Deere Diesel tractor front-end loader with scrape blade, other antique tractor-parts and more, this sale will be uncataloged.

Day 3: at 10:00 AM: all remaining items in the castle, antiques, art, linens, glass and china, many antique brass tools and implements that are throughout the castle, plus all the many outside urns and garden ornaments, plus much more, this will be an uncataloged, long day of selling.
