exc. condition, 1 family owned, $1200.  Appraised value $3800-$4200.

Antique 1830s-40s French Empire mahogany dresser/commode with mirror,
acanthus leaf carving detail, paw feet. 
Top has been refinished and drawer pulls replaced, in excellent condition, $1000. 
Appraised value of $2100. 

Vintage 1940s Duncan Phyfe mahogany coffee table,
leather top with gold leaf embossing, no cracks in leather, never refinished, extremely good cond;
1 family owned, $200.  Appraised value $450.

Vintage 1940s Victorian sofa, original bones, just reupholstered. 
Beautiful mahogany rose detail carved on center back, tufted side arms with beautifully carved detail, never refinished, exc. cond; 1 family owned, $600.
