We will be offering a large selection of artwork with a heavy focus on Southwest artists such as Helen Hardin, Pablita Velarde, Tammy Garcia and Allan Houser. Mediums include paintings, bronzes, stone sculpture, etchings, engravings, copper-plate prints, pottery, jewelry and beadwork. Stained glass window studies and paintings from the storage facility of world-renowned stained glass window makers Wilbur H. Burnham & Son, Boston. Selection of photography includes many daguerreotypes and later photos including silver tone by Edward Curtis. A Boston area estate yielded materials descended from Daniel Clark Sanders, the first President of the University of Vermont and later pastor of the Medfield, MA Congregational Church. Items include his portrait daguerreotype, document box with many of his hand written sermons, 18K gold pocket chronometer, clockwork walking doll, early jewelry, silver buckles, miniature portraits, Important bronze by Glenna Goodacre, coins, Canton China, 1835 Astrological Atlas, 9 tube Tiffany grandfather clock with Durfee movement and more.
