We have a stunning array of sterling silver from local estates including a 158 piece Gorham Chantilly flatware set, a Gorham figural coin silver bud vase from around 1875, several Tiffany sterling shot glasses, and silver from Towle, Wallace, and other makers.

Decorative and fine arts from the USA, Europe, and Asia will be featured in this sale. These include a Pablo Picasso Madoura Pottery plate B from 1948 and a pair of George Nakashima “New Chairs,” which are being sold by the descendants of the original buyers who purchased them around 1958. A selection of crystal and glassware from Lalique, Waterford, Steuben, and Baccarat, as well as a small group of toys, are also included in this section.

As usual, we have prepared a fine selection of paintings and lithographs from artists including Marc Chagall, Gordon Grant, Albert Francis King, and others. Among these, we also have a number of Japanese fine arts, like two six-panel Kano School Byobu screens from the Edo period and several woodblock prints.

Our featured Chinese art in this sale includes Chinese export porcelains from the collection of Hollywood icon William B. Goetz, an 18th - 19th century quatrefoil bronze censer, and a set of twelve Chinese album leaves attributed to Gao Fenghan, alongside other fine porcelains, and scrolls.
