Highlights include: (2) Andrew Wyeth letters with wonderful watercolor drawings on both plus another lot of letters written by Andy; Robert Indiana drawing from the wrapper of the Marsden Hartley’s Paris-Lewiston Twenty-Five Poems books; incredible place setting for 12, including serving pieces of Gorham silver in original box; diminutive Hepplewhite sideboard with fan inlay; Queen Anne highboy with fan and thistle carved top and bottom and great proportions; incredible 38-drawer apothecary cabinet in original condition; three oil paintings just discovered in a Searsmont, Maine, farm by Erwin Wending, 1914-1993; rare copy of Verve, vol.1, #1, 1937, with Matisse cover, plus so much more.
