In original condition with iron hangers for hanging. It is from first half of 20th century and is in original paint, no repairs.
The rear hanger could be an old replacement? It measures 32" x 20" x 17".

This figurehead is attributed to the likeness of Robert Fulton. It is believed to have been on his second steamship, “Fulton.”
Built in 1813, launched 1814, she steamed from NYC-New Haven and Providence runs until she was dismantled in 1838.
Purchased from a large historic collection. A great piece of history. Family history and written information available. 17" x 15" x 13".

This double-sided Valley Hotel sign is in good original condition.

This double-sided Valley Hotel sign is in good original condition. The name of J. Hagerman was a later owner and applied over an earlier owner.
The sign is decorated with tin rams horns and dates to c. 1830. It was purported to have been from the hotel in Turbotville, PA.
It is carved in pine wood with a bentwood frame. It has a forged iron bracket where it was mounted. It is 42" wide. A very nice early PA sign.
