This is a very fine example of American folk art.
A World War I helmet painted in red, white, and blue, with hand-painted stars.
It has the original leather headrest on the inside.
Dates to c. 1900. In very good condition with no repairs. 12¼" x 11¼".
An unusual twisted cast-iron barber trade sign with patriotic decoration.
Has floor mount and is about 5' feet tall, with original rings, c. 1860.
