A large American emerald-green glass lantern, dating to the early to middle 19th century. The lantern, because of its rare color and size is extremely collectible. The top, bottom, and hanger are made of tin. All pieces of this lantern are in mint condition. There is one pin missing from the screw-in base, but the other pin is secure and holds the bottom in place neatly. This lantern measures 14" high, including the handle.
